SAVANNAH, Ga. – Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people age successfully, has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Georgia Power Foundation for use for its Meals on Wheels program.
“We are so appreciative to the Georgia Power Foundation for this generous grant” said Patti Lyons, president of SCI. “It is the ongoing support of organizations like Georgia Power that allows us to provide crucial services to area seniors such as delivering freshly made meals, wellness checks, adult day health, and so much more.”
