WHO: Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI), a local nonprofit dedicated to helping people age successfully will be teaming up with some of Savannah’s most renowned chefs to bring their signature recipes to SCI’s Meals on Wheels clients.

WHAT: You are invited to a special behind-the-scenes event of SCI’s Meals On Wheels/ Celebrity Chef Collaboration kicking off on Friday, January 17, at 10 a.m. at the Meals on Wheels Kitchen located at 1407 Wheaton Street.  This collaboration combines the art of cooking with the heart of SCI’s mission – enhancing the lives of older adults in a truly special way.

The first featured chef, Jason Cummings from Wexford’s Irish Pub, will demonstrate how to prepare his signature dish, which will be added to the Meals on Wheels menu this season.

This exciting collaboration ensures our Meals on Wheels clients not only receive nutritious meals but also enjoy restaurant-quality flavors that celebrate the vibrant culinary culture of our region.
