SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah Speech and Hearing Center (SSHC) is happy to offer hearing screenings in our community schools to identify hearing loss and ensure that it is properly addressed. Volunteers are needed to help perform these simple screenings in both Chatham and Bryan County schools from August – early November. All screenings are arranged and supervised by SSHC staff. They are scheduled Monday – Thursday mornings and volunteers are welcomed for just one day or several, if convenient. A background check will be required, at no cost to volunteers. Please contact Info@speechandhearingsav.org with interest.
