Savannah Speech and Hearing Center Hires Callie Hegland As Pediatric Occupational Therapist
SAVANNAH, Ga. – Savannah Speech and Hearing Center is pleased to announce the hiring of Callie Hegland to the team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.
A native Savannahian, Hegland started her pediatric career in Atlanta in 2020. She has experience working with children and adolescents experiencing sensory processing disorders, developmental disorders, and neuromuscular disorders. She has served children in their home environment, community settings, and in the outpatient clinic setting.
Hegland received her Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from Augusta University in 2020 and her Bachelor Degree from Georgia Southern University in 2017. She is an active volunteer with Hope Heals Ministry.
Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children achieve developmental skills and create solutions for participation in daily living through play. Hegland is now accepting patients aged 21 and under. For more information, visit www.speechandhearingsav.org or call 912.355.4601.
