Abshire Public Relations recently attended the July event for the Savannah Downtown Business Association at the Charles Morris Center. The association provided a delightful lunch and time to network before we heard from the three keynote speakers of the event, Cheyenne Overby (HNS Sports), Cristiano Simonetta (Savannah Ghost Pirates), and Marissa Guarneiri (Savannah Sports Council). The speakers discussed Savannah’s interest in expanding collegiate and professional sports in the city and ways to get local businesses involved.
