SAVANNAH, GA – In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month this October, SAFE Shelter is proud to announce its partnership with the Gaslight Group’s restaurants for their “Gaslight Gives Back” initiative. Throughout the month of October, $1 from every fried pickle appetizer purchased and round-up donations at checkout will directly benefit SAFE Shelter, supporting their mission to provide refuge and resources for victims of domestic violence.

Guests dining at any of the participating Gaslight Group restaurant locations- 5 Spot in Sandfly, Midtown, and Richmond Hill-can contribute by ordering fried pickles or choosing to round up their total at checkout. B. Matthew’s Eatery, another Gaslight Group favorite, will also offer the round-up option to support this important cause.

The Gaslight Group has a longstanding dedication to reinvesting in the Savannah community. Their “Gaslight Gives Back” program highlights the importance of supporting local nonprofits and organizations, such as SAFE Shelter, that strive to improve the quality of life for all citizens in the Savannah area and surrounding communities.

“We are incredibly grateful for the Gaslight Group’s ongoing commitment to giving back to the community,” said Shannon Bates, Executive Director of SAFE Shelter. “Every contribution made this October will help us continue to provide safety, hope, and support to individuals affected by domestic violence.”

SAFE Shelter invites you to join them in supporting domestic violence victims this October by dining at Gaslight Group restaurants and participating in the fried pickle and round-up initiatives. For more information about the Gaslight Gives Back initiative, please click here.
