A PR analysis includes a thorough evaluation of the following:

  • Website
  • Social media
  • Community relations efforts
  • Philanthropic initiatives
  • Top client and prospect lists
  • Existing budget
  • Current business strategies that may or may not be working for your company
  • Overall business expectations and objectives

In the end, this exercise develops a clear understanding of what needs to be done in the upcoming year to enhance your company’s profile to its target audience using all available media and to boost the bottom line.
