Last week, the Abshire PR team had the pleasure of joining the Pooler community in celebrating the grand opening of Clear Lake Reserve Townhomes – a beautiful new addition to one of the region’s fastest-growing areas. We were honored to help plan and attend the event, which brought together neighbors, leaders, and future residents to mark an exciting new chapter for Pooler.

The official ribbon cutting took place on May 15th, hosted in partnership with the Pooler Chamber of Commerce and attended by local officials, including Mayor Karen Williams. From touring the thoughtfully designed model homes to connecting with the very first residents, it was a day full of excitement, southern hospitality, and a shared vision for community growth.

Guests had the opportunity to explore Clear Lake Reserve’s charming townhomes, learn more about the amenities that make this community stand out, and meet the incredible team behind the project. It was a celebration not just of new homes, but of the people and partnerships that make milestones like this possible.

We’re proud to have played a role in bringing this neighborhood to life and extend our thanks to everyone who came out to support the launch of Clear Lake Reserve. It’s always a joy to help share the stories of the places and people shaping the future of our region!
