At Abshire PR, we are so proud of our team members who wear many hats in the Savannah community! Vice President of Abshire Public Relations, Shannon Phillips, also serves as President to the Savannah Jaycees.

The Savannah Jaycees is a non-profit organization that is a part of a global network of young professionals who focus on leadership development through community involvement and volunteer efforts. Members enhance a variety of leadership, management and communication skills as they work together to plan and run civic and individual development activities that bring about positive change in their home communities and throughout the world.

Shannon recently sat down with GeorgiaCEO to discuss their upcoming event, the Savannah Jaycees 2050 Forum to be held on Tuesday, October 8th at 5:30 pm! This special event will kick off with cocktails, appetizers, and networking, followed by a panel and roundtable discussion focused on “Who We Are, Where We’ve Been, and Where We Are Going.” Whether you’re a past or present Jaycee, considering joining, or just want to learn more about our organization, we invite you to be a part of this exciting conversation and help us dream up the next 25 years for the Savannah Jaycees!
