Senior Citizens, Inc.

Senior Citizens, Inc. (SCI) has been serving coastal Georgia seniors since 1958. Its mission is to help people age successfully through essential services such as home-delivered meals, in-home support services, nursing services, senior companions, adult daytime care centers, neighborhood activity centers and more.

Abshire PR has worked with Senior Citizens, Inc. since 2013, helping to share the nonprofit’s many newsworthy stories, including unique services provided, fundraising events, the people they help and those behind the organization who are making it all happen. From July 2014 through June 2015, APR secured nearly 100 media placements and an ROI or advertising equivalent of just under $300,000. This level of public exposure is critical to building strong community awareness of the essential services SCI provides our aging community.

We love working with nonprofits whose only mission is to help others. It is this work that makes our job so rewarding.
