Where I Find My Fun: On the beach on Tybee Island, walking the nature trails at Skidaway Island State Park, taking road trips to Florida and South Carolina, swimming in the ocean, reading a good book, playing Scrabble and cooking meals with as many organic ingredients as possible.

What you can’t live without: Laughter.

Most Interesting Possession: My great-great-grandmother’s chicken soup recipe, handed down through the generations.
