Unlike most agencies, APR does not assign a single account representative to any one client.  Instead, we assign our entire team, collaborating on every aspect of our clients’ needs in order to provide the highest level of return and creativity.  

We are all about relationship and brand building, creating a full-scale, comprehensive effort to keep your business top-of-mind to its target audiences. We are not a one-time fix, but instead an ongoing key player in your company’s inner circle, providing nationally-recognized writing, regional press placement and local connections. We are proud of the company we keep, assisting behind the scenes with some of the most prominent companies in our state and most certainly in our region. 

Ideally, we like to meet face-to-face on a regular basis. We recommend weekly meetings in the beginning stages of our efforts with any client.  Then, based on clients’ needs and preferences, we can scale back face-to-face meetings to once a month. However, we are always in constant contact through every step of the process, making every member of the APR team fully accessible at all times.

Daily, we send clients alerts regarding successful media placements. Monthly, we report on all those media placements and the monetary ROI for those placements. In addition, we include on monthly reports a media plan, which includes our proposed pitches, as well as our understanding of upcoming projects and how APR will work to maximize the success of each of those. We are accessible at all times, whenever you might want an update on any of our efforts.
