SAVANNAH, Ga. – Southern Business & Development magazine recently named HunterMaclean, a leading business law firm headquartered in Savannah, as one of the top three economic development service providers in Georgia.
Southern Business & Development conducted an online survey in the fall of 2009, posing the question, “Who are the best service providers to economic development agencies in the South?” The results of the survey were published in the magazine’s Spring 2009 issue, which names the top three winners in 17 states across the South.

For the survey, 1,940 votes were submitted in six categories, with each state having its own divisions including law firms, contractors, engineers, utilities, commercial real estate law firms and site consultants.
The survey results will also be published in a directory format, which includes company contact information. This honor for HunterMaclean follows another award given by Corporate Counsel magazine, which recently chose the Savannah-based firm as a Go-To Law Firm for the nation’s leading financial services companies.
